Glass Doctor Auto of Wichita offers quick and affordable windshield repair, windshield replacement and recalibration to auto owners. The auto glass Specialist is a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient installation and repair of auto glass. Exemplifying with our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. Specific Responsibilities:
- Repair and replace auto glass according to professional standards
- Recalibration of windshield, if needed
- Cut and grind glass as needed
- Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of glazing accessories on vehicle and in shop
- Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
- Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
- Keep shop area clean and organized after each day of work
- Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in the auto glass industry
- Must be able to transport service vehicles safely and legally between job sites.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects such as windshields, etc.
- Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology
- Excellent communication skills and personality
- Professional appearance wearing approved uniform
Compensation: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
